Returns/Exchanges
Returns
Unused, unopened, or defective/damaged
merchandise may be returned. Claims for
returns of unused, unopened, or
defective/damaged merchandise must be made
within 7 days of when the customer has
received the order, no exceptions.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
BBshowers.com apologizes for this
inconvenience but restocking fees must be
enacted in order to keep our prices low.
Defective/damaged items are not subject to
this restocking fee.
Damaged claims will usually need to be
investigated. A claim will be filed with the
freight carrier responsible for the damage.
This process usually takes about two weeks
to complete. In the mean time, we will ask
whether you would like a credit or a
reshipment. You will not be responsible for
freight charges for reshipments. Please do
not discard anything from the damaged order.
The freight carrier in which the claim will
be filed against retains the right to
inspect the package and will likely do so.

returns. Once approved for a return, you
will be given a RMA # (return material
authorization number) that you will affix
either to the outside of the box or clearly
inside the box.
We do not reimburse any shipping charges.
Return shipments are sent back at your own
discretion. Please ship returns back with at
least the same level of care and packaging
that we shipped the items to you in. If
items arrive back to us damaged, we cannot
reimburse you for those damaged products as
we will not be able to resell them in any
manner. You may use any freight carrier you
wish but we recommend you use the carrier
that would be most affordable to you. We
highly advise that you attain tracking
information for your return package so that
we may verify the package has been received
at our location.
For credit returns, BBshowers.com will only
credit back the original credit card used in
the purchase.
*Items listed below cannot be returned
because they are cut specified to your order
needs and cannot be resold.

Exchanges
We treat exchanges very much like returns
minus restocking fees. If you plan to
exchange, please contact us via
phone,
email, or
live chat for a
RMA # (return material authorization number)
that you will affix either to the outside of
the box or clearly inside the box. Unused
and unopened merchandise may be exchanged.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
of when the customer has received the order,
no exceptions. After receiving the exchange,
we will inspect it. If everything is in
order and correct, we will issue a credit to
your card within 2 weeks.
After requesting your RMA#, Please place a
new order on our site just as if you were
placing another order.
Returning Items to our BBshowers.com Store
You can return your order to our
Creative15.com location. A 20% restocking
fee will apply. Please make sure to bring
the original invoice and the credit card
used for the original purchase. A valid
identification is required to process all
returns and exchanges.

Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit
card used for the original purchase. Please
allow 2 weeks for the refund credit to
